| dc.description.abstract | Death of a Salesman is a Scenic Design Scenework based on Arthur Miller's acclaimed modern tragedy. Designed and directed by Satyam Mishra under the guidance of Salim Arif, the project explores the visual and spatial interpretation of the play through scenographic design. The presentation focuses on translating the emotional conflicts, fragmented memories, and social realities depicted in the drama into a theatrical environment using stage space, architectural elements, lighting, and scenic composition. Developed as part of the Third Year Design & Direction programme at the National School of Drama, the scenework demonstrates an experimental and research-oriented approach to scenic design. | |
