Abstract

Costume Demo is a practical theatre training exercise that introduces students to the artistic and technical aspects of costume design for stage performance. The demonstration emphasizes the role of costumes in character development, historical and cultural representation, visual storytelling, fabric selection, colour coordination, costume construction, fittings, maintenance, and their effective use during theatrical productions. Such sessions provide students with hands-on experience in integrating costume design into performance practice.
