Abstract

Ye Raftaarein: Reflections of Inner Soul (ये रफ्तारें) is a youth theatre production presented by the National School of Drama's Sanskaar Rang Toli (Theatre-in-Education Company) as part of the Sunday Club Theatre Festival. Created for participants in the 14–17 years age group, the production explores themes of self-discovery, identity, emotional growth, and the inner conflicts experienced by young people. The imagery of a person confronting their reflection symbolizes introspection and encourages audiences to reflect on personal values, aspirations, relationships, and the challenges of growing up in a rapidly changing world. Through educational theatre, the play promotes self-awareness, empathy, and meaningful dialogue among young audiences.

Description

Kajal Khanna served as the Group Leader for Ye Raftaarein: Reflections of Inner Soul, presented by the National School of Drama's Sanskaar Rang Toli (Theatre-in-Education Company) during the Sunday Club Theatre Festival. As Group Leader, she guided the participants through the creative development, rehearsals, and performance process, fostering teamwork, confidence, and artistic expression through theatre.
